Buffalo Chicken Pizza:

2 chicken thighs

3 Stalks celery

1 bag mozzarella cheese

1 pre-made pizza crust

~4 Tbsp ranch dressing

1 Tbsp butter

Hot sauce

Cooking instructions:

  • Pre-heat over to 450
  • Dice chicken into small chunks
  • Cook in a skillet until tender
  • Put chicken in a bowl, coat with buffalo sauce and add hot sauce to taste
  • Dice celery and add to chicken
  • Coat pizza crust with dressing
  • Pour chicken mixture onto pizza crust
  • Cover with cheese
  • Drizzle buffalo sauce and hot sauce over the cheese
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden-brown
